Abstract

The primary goal is to investigate the relationship between QoS and mobile telecommunications infrastructure, utilizing data such as coverage, technological currency of installed equipment and solutions, and user satisfaction indicators.The project aims to apply statistical techniques and artificial intelligence to analyze temporal and spatial variations in QoS. It leverages data from ANATEL's service quality regulation, RQUAL, which provides QoS indices and indicators for different regions of Brazil. The analysis includes the detection of temporal anomalies and the assessment of regional and demographic factors, such as data traffic, population density, and installed capacity, that influence mobile service quality.Machine learning models will analyze the collected data to identify imbalances between demand and infrastructure and estimate the impact of relevant variables on QoS. These models, incorporating explainability methods, will support network improvement proposals by providing actionable insights. The outcomes are intended to enhance existing indicators and support the formulation of effective public policies.
