Abstract

In this project we will investigate the role of lipid composition of biological membranes (model membranes) under the action of intrinsically disordered proteins (amylin, alpha-synuclein). SAXS data will be acquired and analyzed by the chemical group scattering method (to be developed including the scattering of proteins in the software already developed by the research group) coupled to molecular dynamics simulation data.
