Abstract

Brazilian agribusiness, like other economic sectors, has been undergoing modernization through the widespread adoption of digital technologies in the field. Digital transformation in agriculture can contribute to the development of solutions to address future challenges of various kinds that are being faced globally. Technological advancement leads to the increasing use of equipment that collects large amounts of field data, generating a significant volume of information that must be organized and analyzed to support farmers in their decision-making processes. In this context, digital platforms stand out for their role in organizing and systematizing access to information, enabling the development of numerous systems, applications, and other products such as reports and maps. Within this scenario, this postdoctoral project aims to evaluate Embrapa's API (Application Programming Interface) platform, seeking to optimize and define models for processing large volumes of complex data, with the goal of enabling the development of computational solutions tailored to agribusiness, particularly small and medium-sized producers.
