Abstract Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) are widely established technologies with significant applications in areas such as environmental monitoring, industrial automation, and intermittent computing. However, given the challenging conditions of energy and memory constraints these technologies are subjected to, it is crucial to continuously seek more efficient solutions. In this context, the present work proposes the development of packet processing manipulation techniques, including packet aggregation, redundancy discard, and improvements in flow configuration policies. Thus, the goal is to address performance issues in order to optimize network efficiency, enhance existing protocols, and contribute to the application of WSN technologies within the Software Defined Networks (SDN) paradigm. | |
