Abstract

Some scholars argue that the transition to greener technological trajectories can open windows of opportunity for developing countries. However, the nature of green technologies itself represents a challenge for these countries, due to the high degree of novelty they present and the intense degree of interactions. Based on these considerations, this study will aim to map the production of green technological knowledge in Brazilian regions, identifying the main regions and the main organizations producing technological knowledge, in addition to characterizing the technological networks formed at the inter- and intra-regional levels. To this end, patent data collected from the INPI will be used and some network indicators will be calculated. (AU)
