Abstract

The "Center for Science for Development in Digital Agriculture" includes the creation of Agro-Technological Districts (DATs). One of CPAD's R&D&I lines will deal with the selection and characterization of DATs, as well as the impact assessment (IA) of connectivity in these locations, to be carried out with the target audience (small and medium-sized rural producers). The IA should consider the social, economic and environmental dimensions in each location and be applied following the second harvest occurring after the creation of the DATs. The objective of this work is to use the secondary data collected in the diagnosis and characterization phase of the DATs, develop indicators to be used in the IA and proceed with the assessment of each proposed dimension, as well as the general impact of connectivity on rural producers.
