Abstract This project investigates the Gribov problem and the infrared regime of Yang-Mills theories, aiming to understand color confinement in Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD). Using the Refined Gribov-Zwanziger approach, we will study the effects of the Gribov horizon on quark-antiquark interaction potentials. Through this project, we intend to take the first steps toward obtaining phenomenological predictions necessary to establish the Refined Gribov-Zwanziger approach as a consistent description of the non-perturbative sector of Quantum Chromodynamics.
