Abstract

Sugarcane is grown in an agro-industrial model with a long production cycle, so the search for new technologies for the agricultural sector that can boost the crop's productive potential is becoming necessary, given the stagnation that the sector is facing. In this sense, the use of advanced techniques such as the application of plant bioregulators has been used to optimize productivity. The aim of this project is to evaluate the effects of applying the growth hormones gibberellin, cytokinin and auxin on the initial development of sugar cane (Saccharum spp.). This work will be carried out in pots at the institution, Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Câmpus de Dracena, SP. The design will be entirely randomized (DIC), with 8 treatments and 5 replications, totaling 40 plots/pots. The assessments will be conducted based on biometric characteristics: number of leaves, number of stalks, diameter of stalks and height of stalks, speed of emergence index, chlorophyll content and physiological evaluations.
