Abstract

This project aims an introduction to the study and research in topics involving mathematical applications for the reliability and security in communications and learning models. Two topics of particular interest regarding the BIOS project are efficient and secure communication in federated learning and the analysis of the Fisher- Rao distance as a loss funciton in machine learning.
