Abstract

This research project aims to study and implement a nonlinear control theory applied to the squirrel-cage induction motors. Widely used in industrial applications, they still present challenges under nonlinear dynamics and parameter variations. Therefore, the proposed approach is based on the modified conditional servo-compensator method (mCS). The goal of this project is to implement and analyze the mCS controller applied to the induction motor through simulations. By extending the applicability of mCS to IMs, this work is expected to contribute to the development of advanced control strategies with improved robustness to parameter variations and disturbances.
