Abstract

In this project, chemometric algorithms will be improved to analyze spectroscopic data from the characterization of plasmonic materials and the detection of biomolecules using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. Accordingly, pattern recognition, multivariate curve resolution, and support vector machine algorithms will be assessed.
