Abstract

This research proposal aims to disseminate to the general public the knowledge developed within the project "From Fundamental to Application: Reaching New Frontiers in Fuel Cell Technologies", being conducted at the Institute of Physics and the Polytechnic School at the University of São Paulo, in collaboration with the Nuclear and Energy Research Institute (Ipen) within the Research Centre for Gas Innovation (RCGI). A crucial aspect of promoting the widespread adoption of fuel cell technologies is enhancing public perception, especially among younger generations. The primary objective of this proposal is to create educational content tailored to elementary and high school students, focusing on both the scientific principles behind fuel cells and the latest technological advancements. Through carefully designed instructional materials, we aim to foster early interest and comprehension of these technologies among students. In collaboration with a related project focused on social media outreach, this initiative will complement broader dissemination efforts, ensuring that content is both engaging for younger audiences and aligned with academic standards. Ultimately, this project aspires to contribute to a deeper public understanding of fuel cell technology while addressing the educational needs of future generations. (AU)
