Abstract Reciprocal structures (RSs) are formed by pieces that support each other so that one side of each piece supports another piece, and the other side of the first piece supports a third piece. This occurs in such a way that all parts support each other, remain stable, and exhibit mechanical strength. Leonardo da Vinci is known for having proposed planar structures, domes, and bridges based on RSs. This Master's work plan consists of investigating the structure, stability, and mechanical properties of ERs formed by different nanostructures. In the literature, there is only one study, authored by the Proponent/Advisor, of ERs based on graphene nanoribbons. Due to its innovative nature and the absence of studies on ERs at the nanoscale, this project has the potential to culminate in a scientific publication. (AU) | |
