Abstract DC plasma discharge using different types of filling gas, electrode size and material will be analyzed during the breakdown and extinguish phase of discharge. Palm top visible spectrometer with CCD detector will be used to analyze the light emission throughout electrode region. The electron temperature and density will be measured using Langmuir probes at central position of the discharge. (AU) | |
