Abstract

The objective of this research proposal is the analysis of the legislative activity in Brazil after 1985, considering the new institutional standard of relations between Executive and Legislative. Besides, this study will compare the ways of organization of the power in the decision making process, implemented during the related period, in the case of the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo and the National Congress.
