Abstract

The main goal of this project is to prepare the student to a graduate course in Mathematics. He will study basic topics in Algebraic Topology, particularly fundamental groups, CW-Homology, and the following applications: Brouwer Fixed Point Theorem, the existence of vector fields in the sphere, and Invariance Domain Theorem.(AU)
