Abstract

Magnetic resonance spectroscopy is an important method used on brain metabolites quantification. In this project we propose in vitro quantification of main human metabolites found on 1H brain spectroscopy. Seeking for in vivo brain metabolic quantification, a spectrum database will be created to be used on different post-processing enviroment: MRUI, LC-Model, Achieva.
