Abstract

Multiple barriers have decrease sewage contamination and promote a planned reuse of treated effluents. The present research intend to evaluet the efficiency of multiple barriers with hazard analysis and critical control points as risk management of treated effluent on soil disposal and culture irrigation. The research will be developed on municipal wastewater treatment plant of Cecap and Piracicamirim in Piracicaba City with mensal sampling for liquid samples and semi-annual sampling for soil samples after sugarcane and citrus harvest. The point of sampling will be defined in accordance with which stage of effluent treatment system and main points are influent, treated effluent, treated effluent after disinfection process and soil profile. The procedure of samples will be conducted on Sanitation Laboratory of Departamento de Engenharia Hidráulica e Sanitária from Escola Politécnica (USP). Liquid samples will be submitted a physicochemical analisys in accordance with Standard Methods as total solids series, total suspension solids series, temperature of air and water, pH; biological analysis as Total Coliforms and Escherichia coli and parasites as protozoan cysts, helminthes eggs and larvaes in accordance with World Health Organization. Soil samples will be analysed dry/moisture weigth and parasites as liquid samples. Matrixes will be elaborated with qualitative and quantitative dates from physicolchemical and biological dates of liquid and solid results, and the values of average, minimum and maximum range, standard deviation and climate dates from meteorology station fo Esalq (USP). Results will be submitted statistical analysis of non-parametric Spearman test (rs e 0,50) for positive and negative correlations with ± d 0,05 significance level by SPSSw for Windows 8.0. Removal efficiency will be calculated of physicolchemical and biological dates for process evaluation from wastewater plant. Results will be presented as "boxplot" diagram. Hazards will be analysed as exposure assessment, identifying and quantifying microbial agents by hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP). The primary dates obtantion will help an identifying the health risks, risk management, an work out on a security plan about treated effluent quality for agriculture reuse on regional and national wide (AU)
