Abstract

In this project of scientific initiation we intend to study various aspects of known variants of the Tower of Hanoi. It is our wish to analyse variants of the problem, to implement algorithms and to make experiments, on an integrated study of theoretical and practical aspects of computer science. It is hoped that, at the end of the project, the student is acquainted with basic aspects of theoretical computer science and discrete mathematics.
