Abstract

This project is part of the a research in the evaluation of the anxiety’s level of the population under dental treatment in Araraquara city-SP, and its aim is to estimate the prevalence, by point and by confidence interval. It will be applied the Dental Anxiety Scale (DAS), interviewing, by telephone, 1282 people, that will be classified according to the level of anxiety, considering sex and age. It will be estimated the coefficient of prevalence, by point and by 95% of confidence interval.
