Abstract

The aim of the present project is to investigate the feasibility of synthesizing dipeptides of scientific and commercial interest under experimental conditions previously optimized in our laboratory for lipase-mediated peptide bond formation. Z-Ala-Phe-OMe (bitter dipeptide), Kyotorphin (YR; analgesic peptide), Fmoc-Gly-Gly e Fmoc-Phe-Phe (nanostructured polymers building blocks) are the selected models.
