Abstract

Like sub-project of research entailed to the larger Project Help to the social Recognition Research and autonomy intersubjetiva of senior in municipal district from São Paulo medium size, coordinator Prof. Dr. Rodolfo Franco Puttini, FMB-UNESP-Botucatu, will leave of the selection of senior for convenience sample, retreat of a database on the population of senior of 60 years or more in Botucatu's Municipal district. With base in the theory of the social recognition of Axel Honneth, we will interview sixteen selected senior by draw and by the sex criterion, education and income. We will use to collection of the data with the selected senior individual, not structured and not directive interviews with the purpose identifying in the experience of the subjects in relation the self-confidence. The recordings transcribed will be analyzed transcriptions. The analysis of the data will be made by the coordinators and orientings of the main project. The final results will be published in scientific magazines, after approval of the Ethic Committee of the Medicine Faculty of Botucatu.
