Abstract

The focus of this project is to study variations in the electroanalytical performance of CuHCNFe / Ppy related to changes in the size of the pores that constitute macropourous film. Consequently, the project also includes the morphological and physico chemical characterization of these different nanostructures. Once optimized the nanostructuring process of the mediators, the project addresses the immobilisation of oxidase enzymes on these platforms by the technique of "layer-by-layer. For this, it is of interest to determine how many layers of polycation / enzymes can be immobilized to optimize the reaction of these proteins with the analyte, which is the maximum number of layers that can be immobilized inside the pores before they lose and the nanostructure and to determine the amount of polycations and enzymes that are deposited in each bilayer.
