Abstract

The project aims at identifying legal rationalities, tools and institutions and their role in socio-economic development. The research will describe successful development experiences and specifically, will identify legal features and tasks. It is expected that the research contributes to the legal thought regarding the roles law plays in the development challenge. (AU)
