Abstract

The Aim of investigation development will be at providing a theoretical discussion regarding the collective action and the cooperation economics. To reach it, this effort will be constituted in a wide initial theoretical revision of how the economical thinkers have considered the cooperation and how this thought has developed. The intention is to provide a wide discussion that considers the thought regarding the scientific, utopian and socialist egalitarianism, the neoclassical approach, until the neo-institutional one, having, therefore a wide discussion of different approaches. It is also included the consideration the institutional atmosphere of cooperation and the collective action, the networks, in order to also discuss the instruments of public politics that would be responsible for the incentive or limitation in the cooperation.
