| Abstract | |
This thesis addresses the use of nano-antennas and optical antennas with various configurations and materials, involving modeling and simulation activities. Such proposals are intended to enable new solutions to challenging problems of coupling, and also, communication, in the sense of wireless communications between integrated optical devices, including the plasmonic ones. Accordingly, proposals for new nano-antennas were evaluated; with particular emphasis on structures based on the dielectric resonator antennas (AU) | |
