Abstract | |
The Thesis\' hypothesis is that research in cultural fields which embrace Action- Research methods and digital media resources can be structured as a cultural action or a set of cultural activities able to produce results concomitantly ot their implementation both for researchers and for the community or group of people who participate the research, establishing a continuous process of critical and reflexive feedback for both groups. The Thesis also examines the methodological procedures adopted in the public policies research called \"Territories Hybrids: digital media, communities and cultural activities\", especially in the actions performed in public housing complex Waldomiro Lobbe Sobrinho in São Carlos, in order to systematize the knowledge produced during the performance of cultural activities with digital media involving public and private stakeholders, academic institutions and nonprofit organizations, with the perspective of instructing future applications in the scope of cultural policies, especially in public housing context.
