Abstract

The hexamcric purine nucleoside phosphorylase from Bacillus subtilis (BsPNP233) is a nucleoside phosphorylase typc-1 involved in purine salvage pathway by the nucleoside phosphorolysis resulting in purine base and ribose-1-phosphatc.
