Abstract | |
The aim of interlocking design is to sequence activities and to eliminate problems with automatic system control. There is a great interest in techniques capable of attenuating or solving the deficiendes of the design and maintenance of interiocking system aiming at the standardization of equipment, programming languages and ímplementation process. This work proposes the creation of a shell for the design machines interlocks of automatic systems (DAS). This shell will aliow the analysis and definition of design necessities, interlocking modeling and editing steps, and to run simulations. Petri Net (PN) tools were chosen for the automatic system modeling because they permit the integration of systems of dífferent nature such as electrical, pneumatic and hydraulíc. The simulation using Petri Net model of the automatic system showed to be an effecíive tool to analyze system cycle sequendng as well as possible disturbing alterations. The system performance analysis showed to be useful also for the con-ect sequencíng of activities and the assyncronisms detection of function and functioning sequences. (AU) |
