Abstract | |
This work aims to study the potential of the JUNO experiment to investigate physics beyond the Standard Model using high energy solar neutrino data (B), assuming the independent determination of the solar parameters m² and sin² to better than 1% precision by the same experiment using reactor neutrino data. After performing a careful exploration of the theoretical basis of the Standard Model, neutrino oscillations and Abelian extensions of the Standard Model, we investigate how the presence of non-standard interactions can affect JUNO\'s precision on the oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos, and how the detection of solar neutrinos can be used to constrain new physics models.
