| Abstract | |
In this work, the problem of automatic transcription of the bass in popular music is studied. Basic theoretical concepts are presented. An automatic transcription method, obtained in scientific literature, is described and implemented. In order to improve the resolution of necessary frequency domain analysis, linear prediction techniques are used. It is observed that the use of such techniques brings sensible improvements to the accuracy of the implemented transcriptor (AU) | |
