Abstract

Corporeal mimesis is a methodology that has been developed by LUME - Núcleo Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Teatrais (Theater Researchs Interdisciplinary Center) - based on corporeal and vocal matrices creation from physical and vocal actions observed in daily life. The aim of this work is the practical investigation on corporeal and vocal matrices creation taking the example of corporeal mimesis. The matrices references were the material colected on a field research made in the "recôncavo baiano" region (State of Bahia, Brazil) on July/2006 and January/2008. The research practical focus was to test possible ways to make organic the resulting matrices from the creative process. On the other hand, the conceptual focus was to describe and understand those organic processes in the practical process. For that we made a dialogy between LUME's and o ours creative processes. As a result, we could understand this research singularities. (AU)
