Abstract

Thesis aims at examining to what extent recent cycle of big investments in Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro is a uncoordinated exercise of powerful forces on territory, it's cause a pressure on rare resources and subutilization of available resources. It has been verified that process no tends to translate naturally at structuration of regional economic system and plenty articulated. Study is separating two parts. First part presents a reference framework of main determinants: theorics, macrosetories, historics. Second part presents a analyze of concrete problems about recent dynamic. In this sense, thesis investigates a decisions' insufficient coordination in front of structure challenge manifested on interest conflict and dominant strategies of big economic agents (AU)
