This study analyses a series of deals and conflicts between employees and employers into the Labour Justice, through the research of the labor process which belongs to General Archive of the Labour Regional Court ¿ 2º region of São Paulo and other sources, such as, unions newspapers, interviews with lawyers and workers, press newspapers and the Archive of Deops. This source made possible to know better the textile and metallurgical experience regarding laws and rights, analyzing how the workers used the unions and the Labour Justice to defend their interests. The understanding of the ruling structure and operation of the Labour Justice showed relevant questions for the analyses of the elaborated strategies by employees and employers into the legal world (AU) |
