Abstract

This research deals with the labor mobility of African immigrants in Brazil, identified as a certain particularity in contemporary migratory movements, from the case of African-Islamic poultry industries in the country, specializing in exporting chickens to the Muslim international market. The insertion of the work force of these immigrants, points to a set of cultural, political and economic issues presented geographically in Brazilian territory, and that, in the current context of globalization and crisis of the international financial capital requires a particular form of theoretical approach and a critique of the apologetical forms of knowledge.
