Abstract
A proccess do produce a recombinant gp43 isoforms (rgp43) in the yeast Pichia pastoris through the regulated expression and in high concentration of recombinant gp43 (rgp43) in culture supernatants of P. pastoris, the use of rgp43 in immunodiagnosis of paracoccidioidomycosis (PCM), a diagnostic kit for the immunodiagnostic of PCM containing one of the rgp43 isoform or a pool of the rgp43 isoforms to be employed in immunodiagnostic of PCM in human or not mammal.
