Specifically, the formulation claimed herein comprises natural nanostructured lipid carriers (NLC) with a strictly natural composition that enables the encapsulation of essential oils with a notably stable profile, maintaining homogenous size and mean diameter distribution after one year of monitoring at ambient temperature. This feature provides a plurality of intrinsic effects, with anaesthetic, bactericidal, antifungal and biopesticide actions against caterpillars, woodworm and mites, without requiring the encapsulation of synthetic active substances.
