The present invention describes a method for obtaining enriched fractions of active ingredients from the genus Artemisia, enriched fractions obtained using said method and a bioactive composition including an enriched fraction from Artemisia. The method uses extraction with supercritical fluid in which the difference is sequential extraction in conjunction with a novel combination of specific conditions and steps, providing a novel advantageous effect to obtain enriched fractions of active ingredients with different chemical compositions for said application. The enriched fractions obtained of active ingredients from the genus Artemisia and/or the bioactive compositions thereof including an enriched fraction from Artemisia are mainly used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields.
