Process of selection of tick antigens and anti-tick antigenic compositions. the present invention deals with a tick antigen selection process comprising the steps of: producing a tick transcriptome; protein synthesis; selection of antigenic proteins; assessment of the biological importance of selected proteins; cloning and subcloning of DNA sequences relating to selected proteins; synthesis of anti-tick antigens; and also, anti-tick antigenic compositions useful for mammalian animals.
