Abstract

The present invention relates to cyclopalladium compounds and their analogs containing bis-diphenylphosphine-ferrocene coordinating ligands as inhibitors of the activity of peptides and enzymes, such as serine peptidases, cysteine proteases, metalloproteases and Enzymes of the endopeptidase family, some of which have been implicated in the growth and metastasis of malignancies such as thyroid tumors. An example of this compound is shown in the figure. These compounds regulate the immune system by acting on the aforementioned enzymes and participating in the insertion of DNA molecules.
