Abstract
The present invention relates to synthetic cyclic peptides, the primary structure of which comprises a sequence of 13L-amino acids, exhibiting anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activities, useful for the treatment of acute or chronic inflammation and/or allergy, in particular for the treatment of acute or chronic allergic asthma. The invention also describes pharmaceutical compositions containing said peptides, uses thereof and methods of treating or preventing acute and/or chronic inflammatory and/or allergic conditions.
