Antônio Fernandes Góes Neto holds a bachelor's degree in Letters (Portuguese/Linguistics) from the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters, and Human Sciences, a master's degree in Letters from the Graduate Program in Translation Studies of the Department of Modern Languages, and a PhD in Education from the Faculty of Education. His main interests include Indigenous School Education, Educational Innovation, and Language Policies. He is a Visiting Professor at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar (Ecuador) through the Guimarães Rosa Lectorship Program (MRE/CAPES). He is a member of the University Research Center for Innovation, Reform, and Educational Change (Ceunir), where he coordinates the Permanent Cooperation Agreement between Ceunir and Nadzoeri.
