Jose Geraldo Silveira Bueno completed his doctorate in Education (History and Philosophy of Education) from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, in 1991. He is currently a full professor at the Faculty of Education, of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, with full dedication to the Education Program. Postgraduate Studies in Education: History, Politics, Society. He has published thirty-four articles in specialized journals, forty-two papers in the annals of events, has fifty book chapters and fifteen published or organized books. He developed eight processes or techniques, in addition to another eighty-one items of technical production. He participated in eighty-three events in Brazil and four abroad. He supervised three post-doctoral internships, supervised sixty-two master's dissertations and twenty-three doctoral theses Between 1993 and 2019 he coordinated thirteen research projects, and currently coordinates two research projects. It operates in the area of #8203;#8203;education, with an emphasis on school inclusion / exclusion processes, in particular, special education. In his professional activities, he interacted with more than a hundred collaborators in co-authorship of scientific works. In its lattes curriculum, the most frequent terms in the context of scientific, technological and artistic-cultural production are: special education, educational policy, school education, school inclusion, educational research, elementary education, teacher training, hearing loss and deafness.
