He is a professor of Psychology at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a collaborating professor, and advisor for master's and doctoral programs in Social Psychology at the Institute of Psychology of the University of São Paulo (IPUSP). At the same institution, he is a postdoctoral fellow through the Young Doctors Placement Program (FAPESP/CNPq Scholarship). He holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from USP, a master's degree (FAPESP Scholarship), and a dual doctorate in Social Psychology (CNPq Scholarship) from USP and in Psychanalyse et Psychopathologie from Université Sorbonne-Paris-Cité (CAPES-PDSE Scholarship). He is an associate researcher at the Centre de Recherches Psychanalyse, Médecine et Société (CRPMS) at Université Paris-Cité and a member of the International Society of Psychoanalysis and Philosophy (ISPP). He coordinates the Tamuya School of Popular Formation, promoting various courses, workshops, and publications within the context of university extension in conjunction with social movements. He is the author of "O ser sexual e seus outros: gênero, autorização e nomeação em Lacan" (Blucher, 2022), "What is a Man? Psychoanalysis and the History of Masculinity in the West" (Annablume, 2015), "L'être sexué chez Lacan: normativity, gender, and authorization" (Generis, 2020) and the editor of "Hysteria and Gender: Sex as Dissonance" (nVersos, 2014), "Cartographies of Masculinity" (Cult, 2021), "Provocations for Psychoanalysis in Brazil - Racism, Identity Politics, Violence, and Colonialism" (Zagodoni, 2021), and "The Subversions of the Erotic" (Cult, 2022). His research and publications address social markers of difference and the historicity of processes of subjectivation, primarily focusing on sexuality, gender, race, epistemology, and social suffering.
