Renata Luciria Monteiro

Researcher and entrepreneur in Digital Health, with a focus on developing innovative systems for the transformation of healthcare. She is the co-founder and Head of Operations at Agile Health Tech, a technology-based startup that develops Artificial Intelligence solutions for patient navigation and population health management, with a research project funded by FAPESP (PIPE). Her work focuses on the application of agile methodologies and leadership in technology projects. She has consolidated experience as a Product Owner (GSC/DASA), where she led the development of risk stratification platforms, and as an instructor in technical health courses. Her career combines a deep clinical background in Primary Care (Family Health Strategy) and in critical care (Hospital Sírio-Libanês) with a solid academic foundation, holding a Master's degree in Engineering and Innovation Management (UFABC), a specialization in Health Informatics (UNIFESP), and an MBA in Health Management (FGV).
