Paulo Roberto Garcia

He has a degree in Theology from the Methodist University of São Paulo (1983), a master's degree in Religious Sciences from the Methodist University of São Paulo (1995) and a doctorate in Religious Sciences from the Methodist University of São Paulo (2001). He worked for 37 years as an undergraduate professor in Theology and for 13 years as a postgraduate professor in Religious Sciences at the Methodist University of São Paulo. He has held the positions of Theology Course Coordinator and Director of the Faculty of Theology at the Methodist University of São Paulo - UMESP. He has experience in the field of Theology, with an emphasis on Bible - literature of the Mediterranean world of the 1st century, working mainly on the following themes: social context of the Mediterranean world, biblical theology, Bible, original Christianity and literature of the Mediterranean world.He is currently Executive Director of LeadHub - General Board of Hight Education and Ministries - UMC - Nashville - USA. He is also a visiting professor at the Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano - UCEL in the city of Rosario - Argentina; visiting professor at the Instituto Bíblico Teológico Metodista - Portugal.
