PhD professor at the USP Psychology Institute (IPUSP) since 2013, master's and doctorate advisor for the Postgraduate Program in Neurosciences and Behavior (CAPES grade 5) at USP. He has a degree in Biological Sciences from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2002), a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2003), a master's degree (2006) and a doctorate (2011) from the Postgraduate Program in Neurosciences and Behavior at the Institute of Psychology at USP. He completed a sandwich doctorate with a CAPES scholarship at the Medical College of Wisconsin under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Maureen Neitz (2008). She is currently President of the IPUSP Postgraduate Committee, Vice-Coordinator of the IPUSP Postgraduate Program in Neurosciences and Behavior and President of the IPUSP Animal and Use Ethics Committee. He has experience in the field of Psychology, with an emphasis on Physiological Psychology, working mainly on the following topics: morphology of the vertebrate retina, genetics of visual pigments in humans, New World monkeys and vertebrates in general, and non-visual pigments in vertebrates .
