Holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1979), a master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the National Institute for Space Research (1983) and a doctorate in Electronic Engineering and Computing from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1992). He is currently a partner at Neuron Engenharia e Comércio de Equipamentos Eletrônico Ltda. and Professor I-A of the Automotive Electronics Technology course at the Faculty of Technology of Taubaté. He has experience in leading a technology-based company in the field of Electronic Engineering, working in administrative supervision of the company, project management, systems engineering and in the development of electronic systems and equipment for space and for other critical applications.
