Has experience in Science and Technology of the Food, focusing on Evaluation and Quality control of Foods, acting on the following subjects: icp-oes, sia, milk, leite and sequential injection analysis, analysis and quality control of food and foodstuffs.Responsible for Chemistry Department at Nestle Quality Assurance Center in charge to manage 20 collaborators in routine analysis for control and monitoring composition and contaminants parameters in food products and raw materials. Control of service level KPI´s according to Operational Master Plan designed to unit. Responsible by projects of technological Innovation to attend inner demands for new methods of analysis. Support to factories in studies of process validation and HACCP evaluations. Sponsor for DMAIC projects related to continuous improving at Chemistry section.
