Graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the State University of Londrina, with a Masters and PhD in Health Sciences from the Federal University of São Paulo. He also holds a graduate degree from Kyoto University. Worked AstraZeneca as Associate Director in the RD Department, where he contributed to oncology research initiatives and developed the feasibility and research center intelligence areas. Responsible for the construction and implementation of the Clinical Research Center at the Cancer Institute of the State of São Paulo (Icesp), at the Hospital das Clínicas of the University of São Paulo (HCFMUSP), where served as research manager and collaborating professor in the Department of Radiology and Oncology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo. Actively involved in academic and clinical research, he participated as a member of the Clinical Research Facilitation Committee and the Research Ethics Committee at the Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo.
